Please come alone to your appointment, we don’t have space for you to bring a friend. If you need assistance please let us know.

Strictly NO children in the salon.

We offer services to girls 11+. Drop off and collection only, no parents/guardians waiting in the salon if we are too busy.

You must be 16+ to have any colour service.

Skin test required at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Updated skin test every 6 months.

Updated skin test needed if you’re pregnant or any health changes since previous appointment.

It is your responsibility to notify us of any health changes.

If you are 15 or more minutes late, your appointment may be limited or may not go ahead.

A non refundable £40 deposit from all new colour clients is required to hold the appointment, this will be taken off your total on the day.

All new colour clients must attend a consultation before booking an appointment.

Extra large appointments may also require a deposit.

If you continuously move or cancel your appointments you may be asked to pay upfront.

All deposits are non refundable, only transferable to another date with notice up to 72 hours prior to your appointment.

Please give at least 72 hours notice where possible if you need to cancel your appointment, this allows time for us to fill your space.

If you fancy something different at your next appointment please notify us when booking the appointment as we may need extra time.

All services must be finished with a blow dry.

We do not send text reminders of your appointments.

Please come with CLEAN hair. If we need to wash your hair prior to your appointment you will be charged an additional £20.
